Founded in 2019 by Rachel Derrer,  SAILAWAY SOLUTIONS started with her personal dream of living on the water.  

Rachel has been a Fitness Instructor for over 15 years and has almost ten years experience as an Account Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry and the staffing, consulting industry.
